Returns
Hair products are refundable under specific conditions. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged upon arrival.
Parts or accessories are missing.
The item remains unused, in its original packaging.
Before initiating a return, customers must share images of the defective product via WhatsApp at +91 9999-457-513. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds may apply if:
The item is not in its original condition.
Parts are missing due to reasons not caused by us.
The return is made after 30 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.
If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out to help@thriftbazaar.co.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items with the same product. To request an exchange, email help@thriftbazaar.co and send the item to the return address on the shipping label.
Gifts
If marked as a gift at purchase, returned items qualify for store credit. Otherwise, refunds go to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
Customers must cover return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and deducted from refunds when applicable. If your order is valued over ₹4000, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance. Delivery times may vary.
